The Feather Finder – Nature Journal for Children

Author’s book project inspired by field journals, nature notebooks, and the ethical questions surrounding the collection of feathers and natural objects in childhood. Through illustration and observational learning, the book aims to foster curiosity, attentiveness, and a meaningful relationship with the natural world of Central Europe. I developed a creative and fluid layout that combines colourful and black-and-white illustrations, creating an airy, immersive reading experience reminiscent of a personal nature journal. This project represents a deeply personal passion of mine and is currently in development, with the goal of finding a publishing house in the future.
