Magical Nature of Slovakia (Čarovná príroda Slovenska) is an educational publication for children exploring the natural world of my country. The project brought together a rich mix of photography, text, and illustrations in various styles, requiring a playful yet balanced visual approach to maintain variety and engagement for young children. I developed simple line-work technical illustrations that served as recurring graphical elements throughout the book. By incorporating paper textures and scrapbook-inspired compositions, I created a curious, handmade notebook aesthetic that enriched the storytelling and was warmly received by the publishing editorial team. While these images are mockups, I cannot wait to hold this book in my hands!
