I recently began focusing on teaching workshops about birds – combining my appreciation and respect for these animals with a wish to share that passion with others. Throughout a five-week course, participants learned observation and sketching techniques that helped them draw birds accurately from simple shapes, understand composition and color choices, and develop a more personal approach to drawing from life.
